Regulation

The Care Quality Commission regulates various types of care providers across the UK. Their purpose is to ensure that these services provide a safe, effective and compassionate, high quality care service whilst encouraging continued improvement. Their role is to provide routine inspections and set regulations to make sure that we meet the fundamental standards of care. Reports will be produced by CQC about the providers that they have inspected which allow clients to gain more insight into the way different companies are operating and at what kind of standard, giving you peace of mind in the provider you choose. 

 

Amongst the variety of inspection and regulation tasks that CQC complete, another of their key roles is registering new providers. This registration is something we at Care Resource Bureau are proud to now be in receipt of.

This privacy policy tells you about the way that the information we collect is used. Whilst we don't collect any personal data from you by using our website, information is collected about how users access and use this website.

Information from our website based solely on traffic, usage and what pages are being used is gathered via Google analytics, however, as stated previously we do not as a rule have this analytic system active at all times, and instead only use this for short periods of time to monitor how our site is being used. Personal information that we collect is provided directly by you, this is gathered from any enquiry or contact forms that you complete on our website, on which you will usually provide your name, address, contact details such as email and address and the information about your enquiry. This information is usually held until our point of return contact and is only kept after this if there is a necessity to do so, such as the provision of a service requested from us, if this is a general enquiry and does not lead to an provision of services from ourselves, you information is disposed of following the end of the communication we have.
