The Care Quality Commission regulates various types of care providers across the UK. Their purpose is to ensure that these services provide a safe, effective and compassionate, high quality care service whilst encouraging continued improvement. Their role is to provide routine inspections and set regulations to make sure that we meet the fundamental standards of care. Reports will be produced by CQC about the providers that they have inspected which allow Service Users to gain more insight into the way different companies are operating and at what kind of standard, giving you peace of mind in the provider you choose.
Amongst the variety of inspection and regulation tasks that CQC complete, another of their key roles is registering new providers. This registration is something we at Care Resource Bureau are proud to now be in receipt of.
