We positively encourage feedback and regularly hold feedback and review sessions with our Service Users and their families to ensure we meet and exceed expectations. Where suggestions are made, we commit to assess and apply those as quickly and efficiently as possible.
As our Service User, we expect to provide you with a consistent, helpful and friendly service that supports all of your daily living needs to a standard that exceeds expectation. We know however, that mistakes can be made and in the event that they are, we want to hear from you. Getting your feedback allows us to ensure our service is constantly improving to provide the best quality of life possible for you and our other Service Users.
We appreciate any positive feedback regarding the service you receive, we also treat all complaints with the utmost respect and will work with you to ensure that all issues are resolved.
